Many years ago, a medicine man gave a teaching to a group of attendees at a sweat lodge ceremony, saying that some people who take part do so for their own personal reasons.
Some enter that work for that dark side in prayer, praying with that darkness inside them.
Humanity in general will see people operate from the dark side in public, where normal people say, "This is fine," and the truth is, human society is in trouble moving forward. Teachings on living in balance have been well documented and need to be relearned from these old writings.
